2. Acceptance of terms
By using our website or submitting an enrolment payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or enrol in a programme.
Our programmes are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Thai law.
3. Description of services
navacodex provides part-time, online AI development programmes delivered in English. Programmes are designed for working adults and are delivered primarily through recorded sessions, written materials, and scheduled live sessions including office hours and small-group reviews.
Programmes are available to learners anywhere in the world, though they are designed with working professionals in Thailand in mind. All fees are stated in Thai Baht.
We reserve the right to make changes to programme content in order to maintain accuracy and relevance. We will not make changes that materially reduce the value of a programme after enrolment without notice.
4. Enrolment and access
Enrolment in a programme is confirmed upon receipt of full payment by bank transfer. Access to programme materials is provided at the start of the cohort period specified in your enrolment communication.
Access to recorded sessions is available for twelve months from the end of the cohort period. After this period, access may be discontinued without further notice.
Enrolment is personal and non-transferable. You may not share access credentials with other individuals.
5. Payment terms
All programme fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿). Current fees are:
- Beginner's AI Concepts Course: ฿4,200
- Career Transition Track: ฿7,500
- Portfolio-Driven AI Programme: ฿12,800
Payment is by bank transfer to a Thai bank account. Full payment is due before the cohort start date. We do not accept partial payments or instalments unless specifically agreed in writing in advance.
Refund policy
If you withdraw from a programme more than fourteen days before the cohort start date, we will refund your payment in full. Withdrawals made between seven and fourteen days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund is available for withdrawals made less than seven days before the cohort start date or after the cohort has begun, except in cases of serious illness or personal emergency, which we will consider on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, write to [email protected] with your name, enrolment details, and reason for withdrawal.
6. Your responsibilities
As a user of our website and as a programme participant, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when contacting us or enrolling in a programme.
- Keep your access credentials confidential and not share them with others.
- Engage with programme materials honestly and submit your own reflections and project work.
- Treat other cohort participants and instructors with respect during any live sessions or shared spaces.
- Not record, reproduce, or distribute programme content without written permission from navacodex.
We reserve the right to withdraw programme access without refund in cases of serious or repeated breach of these responsibilities.
7. Intellectual property
All programme content — including recorded sessions, written materials, exercises, and any associated documentation — is owned by navacodex and protected by applicable intellectual property law.
By enrolling, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to access and use programme content for your own learning purposes during the access period. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly share, or create derivative works from programme content without our written permission.
Where you produce original work as part of a programme (such as portfolio projects or written reflections), that work remains your own. By submitting feedback or programme reflections to us, you grant us permission to use anonymised excerpts for programme improvement purposes.
8. Disclaimers
Our programmes are educational in nature. We do not make claims about specific outcomes, career results, or employment prospects. Completing a navacodex programme does not constitute a professional qualification, degree, or industry certification.
Programme content is provided in good faith and reviewed regularly, but we cannot guarantee that all material is free from error. We accept no liability for decisions made based on programme content.
The website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the website or programme platform.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, navacodex shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our website or participation in a programme, including loss of income, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with a programme shall not exceed the fee you paid for that programme.
We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, infrastructure failures, or government-mandated restrictions that prevent programme delivery. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide equivalent access.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold navacodex, its staff, and contractors harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions, your use of programme materials in a manner not permitted by these terms, or any misrepresentation made by you in connection with your enrolment.
11. Termination
You may withdraw from a programme at any time by writing to us, subject to the refund terms in Section 5. We may terminate your access to a programme if you breach these Terms and Conditions, particularly provisions relating to access sharing or content reproduction.
Upon termination, your right to access programme content ends immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed through direct communication — write to us at [email protected] and we will respond within ten working days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
Thai consumer protection laws apply to the extent required by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) and subsequent amendments.
13. General provisions
- Entire agreement: these Terms and Conditions, together with any programme-specific documentation, constitute the entire agreement between you and navacodex relating to the subject matter.
- Severability: if any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver: failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver of the right to enforce it in future.
- Assignment: you may not assign any rights or obligations under these terms to a third party without our written consent.
- Notices: formal notices should be sent to [email protected] or to our registered address.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or participation in a programme after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For enrolled learners, we will communicate significant changes by email to the address associated with your enrolment.
